• If your account details change (such as your phone number or email), please update them promptly.

Fuji99 will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any such request is likely a phishing attempt. Please report it to our support team immediately.

The rules governing financial transactions at fuji99 are detailed below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Only transact using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits and withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Where a game provider's own rules apply, those rules shall take precedence.

Fuji99 odds fluctuate with the market. Exercise extra caution when placing live bets, as odds can change rapidly — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fuji99. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken where necessary:

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Harassment or abuse of other members.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Match fixing or illegally influencing the outcome of sporting events.

You may close your fuji99 account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled and any remaining balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

Fuji99 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Fuji99 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts. A notice will be sent by email before any account is closed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws and the regulations of fuji99's licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the English version of the Terms & Conditions shall be considered authoritative.
